Estable

Estable is Spanish for “Stable” and was built with that purpose in mind. Originally designed to house horses, this stable never actually served as one. Instead, it was renovated in 2017 and is now a beautiful stone building with two separate lodging rooms. Each room has a private entrance, spacious room and independent bathroom with walk-in showers. The rooms have been expertly decorated in a Spanish Ranch design with small touches of equine décor. “My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying in the Estable. We checked in late one evening, it was after dark so it was hard to see the surroundings, however the lighting features at Assante are over the top! It felt as though we were at a resort… alone. The silence was golden and the stars were beautiful. Much to our surprise, the next morning Kimberly gave us a tour of the property and it was even more beautiful in the day, than romantically lit at night. We couldn’t wait to book our next visit.”
